DigUpRecords.com ("we," "us," or "our") is a free public records directory. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Analytics data is processed by Google under their terms of service. Broken link reports are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database accessible only to site administrators.
Broken link reports are retained until the underlying link is resolved and may be deleted at any time. Google Analytics data retention is set per Google's standard policies.
Because we collect minimal data and do not store personal information tied to individuals, there is generally nothing to retrieve or delete. If you have a specific concern, contact us at the address below.
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made.
